In making this request, I understand that Kootenai County Fire & Rescue is under no obligation to create a document in response to this request and will provide only records that already exist, in accordance with applicable Idaho statutes. I further acknowledge that Idaho Code § 74-120 prohibits the distribution or sale of mailing lists or telephone number lists obtained through a public records request. I also understand that the department will respond within three (3) business days of receiving this request. If additional time is required to locate or retrieve the requested records, the department will notify me by email and provide the records no later than ten (10) business days from the date of the request.
